The Everest Panaroma Trek is designed for the people who dreams to experience a moderate trek plus witness Mount Everest but have only limited holiday time. This journey that takes you directly through the heart of the Khumbu valley – the Namche Bazaar and stay at the perfect location of Syangboche rejoicing the 360 degrees view of the Himalaya and wrap up with an adventurous helicopter flight closer to the Everest.
From the pleasant trek through alpine forests; walk along gushing Dudh Koshi river and crossing it on the suspension bridges including the famous Hillary Bridge including the scenic heli flight this trip is a unique one.

Itinerary

Day: 1

Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel

One of our staff, usually your trek guide, awaits your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. After a warm welcome, upon your arrival, we will transfer you to hotel, followed by a welcome dinner in the evening and an informal briefing about the days ahead.

Day: 2

Sightseeing to Cultural Heritage sites of Kathmandu

Apart from being the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu is originally a place rich in cultural heritage sites. On this day, we take you on a half-day tour to visit the holy and precious stupas of Boudhanath and the Swoyambunath. Swoyambunath Stupa is also popularly known as the
Monkey Temple, due to the fact that its premises are also a home to monkeys. We also utilize some time checking up your gears and assist you do some last minute shopping – if necessary.

Day: 3

Fly to Lukla, then trek to Phakding

Early morning pick up at your hotel then transfer to domestic airport in Kathmandu for a 35 minutes adventurous flight to Lukla. Upon arrival in Lukla, we introduce you to rest of our trek staff, then we begin the trek to Phakding, which is short and pleasant. Initially walking down the Dudh Koshi river and then heading north, through couple of small settlements, we reach our lodge in Phakding.

Day: 4

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Our trek, today, begins with walk through pine jungle then take short ascend up the trail leading to Benkar valley. Crossing the Dudh Koshi river on suspension bridge and passing by Monjo village we arrive at the Sagarmatha National Park Entry point at Jorsalle. After completing check- post formalities we continue northward and cross over the gushing Dudh Koshi river using the spectacular suspension bridge, the Hillary Bridge. Then we ascend steep trail all the way up to the Namche Bazaar. Given its fine geographic location Namche Bazaar was popular as the main local trade market in old days. Today it has developed with modern facilities of a town and is widely known as the sherpa capital of khumbu region.

Day: 5

Trek to Syangboche

From Namche we take the short-steeper trail that leads up to Syangboche and then check-in our comfortable lodge. Unlike Namche Bazaar, our lodge in Syangboche is situated in the scenic spot offering 360 degrees view – Everest and its neighouring peaks of Khumbu region. Afternoon we can take explore around nearby Khumjung village or just relax rejoicing the serene atmosphere. Watch sunrise and sunset over himalya.

Day: 6

Heli Tour of Everest

Today it is going to be an exciting and adventourous moment of the trip so far. In the morning we ride a helicopter that will fly us above the Gokyo lake, through Chol Pass and then close to the Everest. What more! Our chopper will land at Kalapathar for around 15 minutes for us to get- off and take some pictures. Then it will take us back to Lukla.

Fly to Kathmandu

We take a domesitc flight back to Kathmandu and you have free time to relax.

Transfer to Airport for homebound departure
